Baseball has been a mainstay in America for over a century. And the play begins by a pitch. One player toes the rubber from exactly 66 feet 6 inches away from the plate, which is being protected by a batter. What is about to happen is a classic one on one battle, which can be won or lost by either player. The pitcher will attempt to throw a pitch into a roughly 18 inch by 18 inch zone without the batter hitting it. Naturally, the faster one can throw accurately is an advantage. How this happens is what this site is dedicated to. To condense and provide good information, this site is dedicated strictly to the throwing motion of the arm.
